  <b>Five minutes oysters</b> </p>
<p> We went &quot;yard sale&quot; twice last weekend. Last Friday we went to Twin Falls and Saturday we went to yard sales in our small mountain, Trout Capital of the Universe. </p>
<p> Trout be trout here as Hershey Kisses ® Hershey ® shows. </p>
<p> We share the trout each year, the fry AGM by a local scout group. My wife and I collect the cards and money at the door for othersdecided that the fried trout is better than cooking. Scouts earn trout, and we hand them the case. </p>
<p> This year I tried to buy some people to a flag, so I could give them the profits to go to scouts, but nobody thought of auctions, they came for the trout. </p>
<p> One thing I miss in Idaho is seafood. The closest you can come and seafood are a ® sizzler in Twin Falls. They can buy small salmon and shrimp skewers to go with him.In some ways, it is not the same as a good seafood restaurant in Cape May, New Jersey and Philadelphia. We did not even have a Red Lobster ®. </p>
<p> You can also buy fresh crab meat at the grocery store, in rare cases. If available, I get a couple packs and throw them in my freezer for later use. I&#39;m addicted to the omelette with crab meat. </p>
<p> Last Saturday I was chatting with a lady who sells his house when he said: &quot;Everything is half-off Saturday. I had a bottle of spices and thenIt took off again, because it is a dollar, the sale yard is against my religion, the cost of money for the seasoning. </p>
<p> When you said that half-off, I took the bottle and gave up four bits. </p>
<p> The spice is Beau Monde Seasoning by Spice Island ®. It says on the label that can be added to dishes such as oyster soup can taste, instead of increasing with the salt. I read the label and is fortified with sugar salt, dextrose, onion, celery seeds, and tricalcium phosphate. </p>
<p> However,oyster stew, the words put me in a trance. </p>
<p> My wife, who always knows what I believe, said: &quot;You can have some oysters at the local market.&quot; </p>
<p> I immediately ran over there, do not expect fresh oysters, or find something that looked like fresh oysters, but could be a substitute. </p>
<p> Our store just recently canned oysters. The doses were the same size, about half the size of a can of corn, and the company was 10 cents cheaper than the other two brands.When reading labels, I decided that probably all from the same factory in Korea. I bought the red is possible, because I thought it was beautiful. Furthermore, the oysters have already been cooked. </p>

<p> Ingredients </p>
<p> 1 can chicken broth </p>
<p> 1 can <b >cream</b> (I had to use cream of mushroom, but when I got home from the store, I discovered that there are fresh out. I have the cream <b >of broccoli soup with cheese.</b> I thought it would be a strong sense of oysters, but I was wrong. Do not add water or milk with a can of <b >soup.)</b> </p>
<p> 1 canned boiled oysters. When you buy fresh or others,Oysters, I suggest you fry in a skillet with butter and a clove of garlic first. It takes only a minute or so. (Do not buy oysters in the box, if you can get the original. Oysters canned good taste, but are a bit &#39;too slick for me, at least the ones I bought.) </p>
<p> 1 can of mushrooms (fresh mushrooms is always better, but takes more work) </p>
<p> 1 can sliced potatoes </p>
<p> To 1 can sliced carrots, the dish a nice color </p>
<p> Beau Monde seasoning or salt, sugar, onion andCelery seeds (remember tricalcium phosphate) </p>
<p> Procedures </p>
<p> Drain all the cans with the exception of <b >the soup</b> and chicken soup, of course. </p>
<p> Chuck Put the mixture into a saucepan and bring to boil. (Of course you can throw a clove of garlic if you like.) </p>
<p> Served </p>
<p> I discovered that there was no need for this age group of oyster stew. The flavor was there at the beginning. </p>
<p> My wife does not appreciate the stew of oysters, or anything that smacks </p>
<p> I ate everything in two matches. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> Many of us already know how vegetables are good for our health, but sometimes it is difficult to incorporate into our daily diet only in the form of a green salad, often made of iceberg lettuce, which covers almost all green. </p>
<p> Leafy vegetables are very nutritious and low in calories. Healthy foods in the world site (www.whfoods.com) are cabbage, kale, mustard, spinach, beets and kohlrabi in the list of healthier foods. Dependinggreen, you can download a high-calcium, iron, antioxidants and vitamins A, C and K, among others. (www.whfoods.com provides a complete list.) As a general rule, dark green, the more nutrients it contains. Leafy vegetables are also a good source of fiber. </p>
<p> So what do we do with them? Now, here are some of my favorite easy tips: </p>
<p> * To remove or wash the kale &#8211; stems and chop a couple of Verdi. Add one or two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, saute vegetablesa minute or so, then add a small amount of butter and garlic, finely chopped (the butter must not burn the garlic!). A bit &#39;of salt and continue cooking and stir over low heat until tender green, but not overcooked. (I prefer my vegetables slightly crunchy, so I do not cook it long &#8211; for me, if they are dark green and limp, they are cooked so long.) I like this served as a page, beans and rice. You can connect directly into the bowl itself. </p>
<p> * Another ideaKale &#8211; Kale is easy for many different meals concealment recorded. (Useful if you&#39;re fussy cooking. Wash and dry) and remove a lot of kale, stems and then chop finely mash in your food processor (not!). Enter the desired amount of Ziplock bags bags (I have about a cup chopped) cabbage per bag and then into the freezer. <p> * Mangold &#8211; Okay, if you have to do is worry about fat, so it is not the recipe for you. Because of its high fat content, which is a recipe that I have just once a month, but it is always a success. This is my version of Cheesy Chard. </p>
<p> * Ingredients: 1 cup, even brown rice, 1 complete set of spinach, 1 large onion, olive oil, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper, 1 package of sharp <b >cheddar cheese</b> 1 / 4 cup<b >Parmesan.</b> </p>
<p> 1. Boil 1 cup long grain brown rice according to package directions. (Do not use white rice for this recipe because it is too bright and tacky). </p>
<p> 2. Chop the last 20 minutes to cook the rice, onion and fry in a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook until the onions are soft start. </p>
<p> 3. While the onion cooks, wash chard, remove stems and chop coarsely. When the onions are soft, add 2<html> Tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and add the chard. Slightly salty. Stir, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until Wilts (beets alone, this should not be greater than 3 to 5 minutes). </p>
<p> 4. Tire pan and layer of <b >cheddar cheese</b> over spinach. Much? This depends on your taste. I use about 1 / 2 a small stone (maybe 4 ounces) <b >cheddar cheese.</b> </p>
<p> 5. Cover <b >with</b> hot rice and <b >cheddar cheese,</b> wait a moment&gt; Cheese to melt. Then a mixture of spinach, <b >cheese</b> and rice thoroughly. </p>
<p> 6. Salt and pepper. </p>
<p> 7. If you have more taste, or <b >parmesan</b> or <b >cheddar cheese</b> add even more. For most vegetables, you can also use carrots or sliced garlic, chard, while the kitchen. </p>
<p> As I said at the time, there is a low-fat recipe. I serve it with warm bread with a drizzle of olive oil, and that all food is. </p>

<p> Bones and teeth contain 99 percent of calcium in the body. The remaining 1 percent, divided into cells and body fluids like blood. This small percentage is extremely important to maintain body functions, including: </p>

<p><Br> 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 t basil 1 t any seasoning salt 1 / 2 ts cumin 1 / 2 c bell peppers cored, diced 1 / 2 c diced celery 2 apples, sliced 2 cn Beans (14 ounces each of the United Nations) drained 2 c onion chopped 2 cl garlic, minced 2 lg whole chicken breasts boned, skinned and diced 2 t chili powder 3 c Tomato3 CD Tabasco sauce Juice </p>
<p> Heat the oil in a Dutch oven, a little &#39;oil and brown the chicken. Add all remaining ingredients except beans and simmer for 1 hour. Add the beans and simmer for an hour or until the chili, if desired thickness. </p>
<p> <B>&gt;&gt; Stuffed Chicken Chili</b> </p>
<p> LG chopped 1 clove garlic, 1 / 2 ts chili powder 2 TB unsalted butter, romaine lettuce, 3 / 4 c <b >Cheese,</b> Monterey Jack, shredded 4 breast pieces, chicken, halves,Meat / Fryer, boneless, skinless 4 oz chopped chilies, green, canned, drained 4 TB sauce, with pieces in style </p>
<p> Make a horizontal cut on each chicken breast in a bag. </p>
<p> In a small bowl of <b >chili, cheese,</b> garlic and chilli. Divide <b >cheese mixture</b> into four equal parts and shared a part of the body in every pocket of chicken breast, secure in the pockets of chicken with hints of wood. </p>
<p> In large non-stick saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. AddChicken with melted butter and cook, stirring, about 12 minutes or until chicken is brown and fork tender. Chicken salad and a big platter of public order. Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce on each chicken breast. </p>

<p> 2 cloves garlic, minced </p>
<p> 1 small can of V8<html> Juice </p>
<p> ¼ cup vegetable oil </p>
<p> 1 t. Basil (optional) </p>
<p> Salt and pepper </p>
<p> Rinse lentils thoroughly. Mix all ingredients. </p>
<p> In a crock pot, cook 8-10 hours low cut, removing <b >stock from bones.</b> Up slices of prosciutto ham <b >soup</b> back </p>

<p> 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth </p>
<p> 1 cup water </p>
<p> 1 pounds <b >of cheddar</b> cheese or Velveeta </p>
<p> 5 T. butter </p>
<p> 4 T.<html> Mel </p>
<p> Salt and pepper </p>
<p> Steam <b >broccoli</b> in microwave. <br /> (1 / 2 cm of water in the pot, and cook about 3 minutes until it starts to smell only) <br /> In <b >large soup pot, melt the</b> butter and stir in flour. Slowly the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Add ham bone last. Cook low 30 minutes or more. If it is more often the desired consistency, add more milk. The removal of <b >bone stock.</b> Cut the ham, return chopped ham&gt; Soups </p>
<p> Wild Rice and Ham Chowder </p>
<p> Preparation: 30 minutes Cook: 45 minutes </p>
<p> A. 1 ½ cups water, ¾ cup wild rice </p>
<p> B. ¼ cup butter or margarine, ½ cup of chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped, ½ cup of flour, 4 cups water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes </p>
<p> C 1 ½ cups peeled, diced potatoes, ½ cup of sliced carrots, ½ t. thyme ½ t. nutmeg, salt and pepper </p>
<p> D. 1 (17 ounce) can whole kernel cornundrained, (2 cups milk or Half N), pams-hams bone <br /> A. Cook Set aside. B. Combine butter, onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is crisp-tender. Tubes of flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add water and broth. <br /> C. Add to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 15-30 minutes. Add D and simmer another 20 minutes. The removal of <b >bone stock.</b> Cut the slices of prosciutto ham <b >soup</b> back </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> What are your plans for the upcoming holidays? Christmas Time (ha!). </p>
<p> The menu this week will help to calm myself and I hope you do the same for you. In this time of year is very busy, which can be very stressful, but we can do something for the menu we have chosen. They are the menu this week are economically and encounter warm, many of them are my personal comfort food. </p>
<p> I had guests in our house! We held a small party buffet Friday evening, so IChoosing Shrimp and Grits. This is a menu that serves as a brunch for our family holiday gatherings. It &#39;easy to create and flavors are warm and comfortable. Will make me really in the mood &quot;for the time of the family and our guests to enjoy the Friday evening. </p>
<p> For a quick appetizer course for the part that I need a wedge of brie, smoked salmon on cucumber slices with a spoonful of sour cream and fresh dillweed branch, a quick dip in yogurt, with Maya Kaimal Vindaloo&#39;sI spooned on taste, packaging and pre-cut vegetables and various desserts, baguettes and breadsticks. This includes the basics for my vegetarian guests, along with the dishes rather light, medium and hot. </p>
<p> You will notice that I use different methods to prepare, mix and match food on the table fast! You can always replace your favorite out-from-scratch recipes, when you have more time. </p>

<p> Chicken and <b >Broccoli</b> FettuccineAlfredo </p>
<p> Ingredients: <br /> 6 chicken breast half, cut into cubes <br /> Fettuccine noodles 1 kg <br /> 3rd / 4 cup grated <b >Parmesan cheese</b> <br /> 8 ounces shredded <b >Colby-Monterey</b> Jack <b >cheese</b> <br /> 1 / 2 cup heavy cream <br /> 1 cup half and half <br /> 3 cups milk <br /> 4 cloves garlic, minced and divided <br /> 6 tablespoons butter, divided <br /> 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning <br /> 1 / 3 cup flour <br /> 1 tablespoon salt <br /> 3rd / 4 teaspoon ground white pepper </p>
<p> Directions: <br /> Throw 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heatHeat. Add the chicken, Italian spices and garlic. Cook until the chicken is white up a. About half an hour before the chicken is done, bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pastaNoodles for about 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and let the cubes of chicken.
