Salad dressings
Salad is a mixture of hot and cold foods are often fruits and vegetables and then mixed with dressing and crouton or nuts. Sometimes, whole grains, cheese, pasta, fish or meat are also included. It is usually served before or after dinner as dessert or as a starter.
This light meal has several species such as the Caesar salad and green salad. The usual method includes, croutons and romaine lettuce with black pepper, Worcestershire dressedSauce, egg, olive oil and lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
Green salad is often combined several vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes and carrots. It is also known as the garden salad. Other common vegetables in the garden salads include radishes, celery, carrots and avocado, red onions and scallions, onions, mushrooms, peppers and cucumbers. Other ingredients include black beans, artichoke hearts, hard boiled eggs and olive oil, pasta, tomatoes and greenBeans, corn, rice and potatoes.
The heart of palm, roasted peppers, cheese, croutons added, fish or meat occasionally to green salads. Michigan salad, Greek salad, Cobb salad, chef salad and Caesar salad are different types of garden salads.
Entree salads are either fried or grilled chicken fingers, as well as seafood such as fried or grilled shrimp placed on top of it. Fish fillet, usually tuna, salmon or mahi-mahi, can also be set to the salad.Sirloin steaks can be cut into slices, grilled and placed on the appetizer salad.
Salad dressings are different cultures. Traditional dressings in southern Europe are vinaigrettes, while in Russia and Eastern Europe, it's mayonnaise. In Denmark, the salad dressings are based on the crème fraiche. Most of the light oil is typically used as a salad dressing. These include safflower oil, soybean oil, corn oil and olive oil.

Almond ChickenStrips
Ingredients
¼ cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons of chicken broth or sherry
2 slightly beaten egg whites
1 ½ cups ground almonds
1 lb. boneless and skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
In a large shallow bowl of the broth, salt, sugar and cornstarch until smooth. Slowly stir the egg and then place the almonds in another large shallow bowl. Dip theChicken in the egg white mixture and then almonds. In a large skillet stir fry chicken strips in hot oil for about 5 to 6 minutes and then drain on clean paper towels.
15 minutes Marinated Chicken
Ingredients:
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon dried tarragon
¼ teaspoon pepper 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
Directions:
First, in a large mixing bowl,Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dried tarragon and spread it on the chicken breasts. Marinate at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes for several hours in the refrigerator. Grill it discovered some 10 or 12 minutes over medium heat.
Broccoli-Cheese Soup
Ingredients:
2 cups grated cheese
2 cups steamed and chopped cauliflower or broccoli
1 Betty Kennedy's WhiteSauce
Directions:
