There are recipes that use a combination of pasta and salads to use, making it a healthy and nutritious meal a day.
Macaroni salad with eggs and ham
Ingredients:
1 ½ C cooked ham, diced
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 c Macaroni, cooked, cold
1 chopped dill pickle
½ C celery, chopped
¼ c Pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
Sale
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Mixed salad
Procedure:
1. Mix the following ingredients: bacon, chopped egg,Macaroni, chopped cucumber, celery, chopped olives
2. Add the mayonnaise and stir to moisten the salad.
3. With pepper and salt.
4. Serve these to your salad greens
Creole Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
2 c tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces macaroni, rinsed, drained and cooked
¾ c Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
¼ c Stuffed olives, sliced
1 c mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 / 8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, small, finelyMinced
Lettuce
Procedure:
1. Cooling of macaroni, and then about 4 cups.
2. They combine the paste with other ingredients.
3. Serve on a few leaves of lettuce with dressing.
Tuna Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
½ teaspoon dried thyme or tarragon, crumbled
½ c mayonnaise
3 c cooked macaroni, cooled
1 can of tuna (7 oz) of water, drained and chopped
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 ½ C frozen peas and carrots,Cotti
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, mix a bit 'of mayonnaise and tarragon.
2. Add the celery, tuna and pasta.
3. Gently into the carrot and peas.
4. Tires and served with salad.
5. Top with lettuce and vegetables, preferably, though.
Tuna Salad with Fettuccine
Ingredients:
¼ C olive oil
2 cans of tuna in oil
1 clove garlic, large, chopped
1 c broccoli or cauliflower small ornaments
4 ounces mushrooms, fresh, chopped
1small yellow squash or zucchini, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
8 ounces fettuccine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Lettuce
Pomodorini
4PZ mild cheddar or Swiss cheese
Italian salad dressing
Procedure:
1. Drain oil from tuna and place in a large frying pan to heat.
2. Put the tuna to make a large bowl.
3. Separate cut into pieces and set aside.
4. Add a coupleOil on the forehead.
5. Heat and add the following:
Minced garlic
Cauliflower and broccoli
Mushrooms
Red pepper
Zucchini
6. Cook at medium low heat.
7. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes. Make sure the vegetables are tender.
8. Parsley and basil, stir a few times and remove from heat.
9. Let the vegetables cool, while still hot noodles.
10. Cook a fewFettuccine. Follow the instructions on the package. Make sure that you can drain well.
11. Add some 'pasta to the mixture to cool and mix with the tuna and vegetables.
12. Add a little 'of lemon juice and pepper.
13. Gently throw the ingredients mixed.
14. Cover and place in refrigerator for about 30 min. Make sure it is completely cold.
15. Before serving, taste again and adjust seasoning.
16. With a plate, with leaves of lettuce, and thenSprinkle with cheese.
17. After all this, garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve with Italian dressing.
