Cream of Chicken Soup
4 cups chicken stock (for a stronger flavor, add 1 tsp. Knorr chicken bouillon powder)
1 ½ cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 cup mashed cooked cauliflower
2 egg yolks
3 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and freshly groundPepper
Bring to boil stock, chicken and onion powder in a moment. Meanwhile, Guru cauliflower, cream cheese, egg yolk and cream in blender. Boil the mixture of stock and gently letting them easy soup until thick. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve. Makes about 8 servings 1 cup.
Total recipe: 1,560 calories and 17.4 grams of carbohydrate and 3.8 grams of fiber
Per serving: 195 calories and carbohydrates, 2,17-0,44 grams of fiber per serving. (Including 0 carbs) For the broth.
