I enjoyed many a bowl of Italian wedding soup, over the years and have always been curious about its history. As I am often asked, there has been a staple at weddings Italians? And that, I wondered, was the person responsible for preparing the soup? "I thought it would be the mother of the groom. I imagined as a sort of tradition made it a symbol of the last meal of a child by the hand of his mother.
So I went online and discovered many amazing thingsAbout This popular and tasty soup. The most amazing thing I've learned that the Italian wedding soup has nothing to do with the Italian wedding. The "marriage" refers to the marriage of ingredients in the soup.
I also learned that there are so many variations, such as regions in Italy, do not know if anyone has used the broccoli rabe instead of spinach, so maybe I am the first .. Here is a quick and easy solution for you,Also try:
1 small package up to 12 ounces Italian-style meatballs
1 bunch broccoli, cut into long pieces 1 centimeters
2 large cans (49 ounces each broth) Chicken
1 1 / 2 cups tortellini pasta

½ cup Parmesan cheese
