When I get home from work, I'm hungry, but the last thing I want to do is cook. Grabbing fast food is on the way home is old and expensive. Not to mention that this is to pack 20 pounds before you start to notice the time. Heating a frozen microwave meal is depressing. I started my boxing with gourmet soups to find quick dinner more exciting. I realized only with a few simple steps I was able to make, but delicious meal.
